Master's Message

Brethren,

One month after the beginning of the new Masonic year and things are already in full swing. We had a successful blood drive on January 18. We had good attendance to the visit from the Right Worshipful Grand Master also on January 18 at the Johnstown Masonic Temple.

I have planned on two special guest speakers for our Stated Meetings in the months of March and April. I will communicate the details in your Lodge Notice and on the Lodge Calendar available on this website.

At the February Stated Meeting, I will have with me a list of activities I have planned for 2010. My wife, Linzi, and I have planned a Ladies Night on April 24, 2010 at Marzoni’s Brick Oven and Brewing Company. Tickets will be available at the Stated Meeting.

Juniata Lodge No. 282 was constituted at Hollidaysburg in the Lodge room in Gardner's  Hall, located on the corner of Blair and Montgomery Streets, in December of 1853.

The District Deputy Grand Master, John H. Berryhill, acting for the Right Worshipful Grand Master, Anthony Bournonville, installed Alexander M. Lloyd as Worshipful Master; Aristide Rodrique, Senior Warden; James G. Baily, Junior Warden; Michael Kelly, Treasurer; and Joseph Hollinshead, Secretary.
